After starting my working life as a Spanish and English teacher, interpreter and translator in England and Spain, I redirected my career to the world of International Banking, where I developed extensive experience in operational and people management. This lead to me becoming involved in the field of project management and my career progressed into world-wide project and change management initiatives to support business growth strategies and new product/service development. Working for American Express then gave me the opportunity to further my development as an internal consultant; facilitating and training multi-national project teams devoted to continuous improvement.

I have now run my own performance development business for over 8 years and have a personal and corporate coaching practice based in Purley in Surrey. I have trained as a certified coach and NLP Practitioner with Ian Mc Dermott and Jan Elfine; two of the world’s leading experts in this field. I have full professional indemnity insurance and am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF). I have my own coach and commit to my on-going personal and professional development to ensure the quality of my client work is of a high standard. I have also worked as a voluntary counsellor. The depth and breadth of my career, along with my own personal life experiences have equipped me with an empathy and understanding of the many challenges we are faced with today in our ever changing and increasingly demanding environment.

I firmly believe that we all have the resources to face those challenges and achieve the things we want in life. I find my own journey of growth and personal development and learning extremely exciting and feel privileged to be able to work with others to assist them in making their journey more fruitful and enjoyable! I am so passionate and convinced about the benefits of coaching that I urge anyone to consider it for themselves, whether or not they choose me as their coach.
