Tracy is an established and successful coach, trainer and facilitator who works with executives, leaders and managers to support both their professional and personal growth and development.

She has over 20 years’ experience in operational and people management, project management and consultancy for leading organisations such as Bank of America, Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance and American Express. Tracy runs a successful performance development business and over the last ten years her clients have included Goldman Sachs, Greene King, BMW, NTL, Nokia, The Association for Accounting Technicians, TRACE Computers, Insight Research Group, Fuji Bank, Legal and General, British Standards Institution and Hermes Pensions.  
In her work, Tracy draws upon the depth and breadth of her career, along with her own personal life experiences. These have equipped her with an empathy and understanding of the many challenges we are faced with today in our ever changing and increasingly demanding environment. She firmly believes that we all have the resources to face those challenges and achieve the things we want in work and indeed in life.
Tracy engages with her clients’ challenges and goals by focusing on enabling them to tap into their own talents and resources so that they may achieve excellence through increased clarity, productivity, effectiveness and enhanced decision making. She also helps her clients to raise their own self awareness and inner coaching ability so that they may continue to create exciting and fulfilling careers and lives of their own design.

Tracy is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and has achieved the status of Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She has also trained extensively with Ian McDermott and Jan Elfline; two of the world’s leading experts in the field of coaching and NLP. She has achieved Certified NLP European Coach status and is a Certified Master NLP Practitioner. She also holds an honours degree in Spanish. Tracy has her own coach and commits to her on-going personal and professional development to ensure the quality of her client work is of a high standard.

As a corporate coach, Charles has a clear understanding of the issues and challenges facing individuals who are seeking to achieve excellence in the areas of leadership, sales, strategic planning and vision work. He focuses on helping individuals, groups and businesses take action towards goals, increase productivity and achieve their own definition of success. He also works with his clients to foster the development of themselves and to help to create amazing lives, careers, relationships and results.

In business he engages with his clients challenges around leadership, transition management and overall executive effectiveness. He focuses on a performance coaching dynamic and works with his clients to achieve clearly defined and measureable goals and results.

His clients benefit on a personal level by working with him to improve their rapport building and presentation skills, help to design their life purpose and vision plans, and reach life balance.

Charles has trained extensively with Ian McDermott, one of the world’s leading coaches and NLP trainers. He is also a CoachU certified coach, an NLP Master Practitioner and is certified by both ITS and Paul Mckenna training organisations. He has trained with the Mastery University programme run by one of the world’s foremost authorities on leadership and peak performance. The effectiveness of these coaching tools have provided outstanding results with top sales performers, athletes, political leaders and CEO’s over the last 25 years.

Jason Boast

Head of Business Development

Jason’s background is in new business acquisition and development. His latest role was in building a UK telecommunications business from the ground up. After two years the business had grown exponentially and Jason is now aiming to repeat the same successes with Discover Your Potential.

Jason’s role within the team takes on a number of guises. One of his key areas is to drive new business by developing and running a direct sales team. Through this resource the business aims to grow quickly building on its already impressive client list. Jason also looks after the acquirement and development of innovative new products such as Sales Call Reluctance, an exciting and proven tool used to effectively improve prospecting performance by up to 20%.

Jason will also be developing a strategy that falls in line with the long term goals of the business, which include establishing Discover Your Potential as an unparalleled provider of inspirational and innovative Leadership Development Services.

Jason was educated at the University of Hull where he qualified with honours in Psychology and Business. He continues his personal and professional development with professional coaching and NLP Practitioner Training.

Jason Boast

Sonia Gavira

Senior Executive Coach

Sonia Gavira is an executive and leadership coach, with a background in marketing and strategy to Director level. She also works as a trainer and group facilitator. She has over 15 year’s experience of working in these areas across a number of sectors spanning both manufacturing and service industries. Her career to date has enabled her to manage large scale projects across international boundaries.

Today, Sonia’s interests lie in the development of high potential individuals and teams and the impact that has on the organisation as a whole. Her emphasis is on the link between the external strategy of an organisation and how that is linked to the development of its people. Her experience covers both personal development on a one to one basis at senior and executive levels, as well as facilitating and developing teams.

Sonia backs up her experience with solid qualifications. She graduated from Ashridge Management College with an MBA in 1999, winning the KPMG prize for the best live consultancy project. She also holds qualifications in Marketing, a degree in modern languages, is a qualified NLP Coach and is accredited by the International Coaching Federation.

Sonia’s coaching style has been described as challenging and commercial whilst also warm, empathetic and fun. Sonia has been trained in the use of a number of behavioural and psychometric tools which she uses when appropriate to inform the coaching and help individuals and teams become more aware of their behaviour as well as to gain congruency with what is important to them. These range from 30 inventories on leadership, emotional intelligence and personal impact to behavioural tools such as BASIS, DISC, PIAV and psychometric tools such a Myers Briggs, True Colors and Strengthscope.

On a personal note, Sonia is married with two young boys. Being Spanish and having most of her family out in southern Spain, she spends many holidays in the region indulging her love of good food, good wine and good company.

Chris draws on over 25 years leadership experience with FTSE 100 financial services companies and has been coaching since 1991. He led and trained the team that delivered the ground breaking Woolwich Openplan banking service.

Chris lives in West Cumbria with his wife Ruth. He is qualified as a Mountain Leader and enjoys sharing his love of the fells with others. He is also accredited as a Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expedition assessor for Cumbria.

Janet Stevenson

Trainer and Facilitator

Janet Stevenson is an experienced consultant, trainer and facilitator. In her early career, she was a teacher and Head of Business Studies for Surrey County Council. She then worked in Central Human Resources Development for SmithKline Beecham before being headhunted by GBS Training Ltd as Training Consultant. A trained counsellor, Janet has also worked as a voluntary counsellor.

Janet specialises in business writing, management and soft skills training, and intercultural business. She designs and delivers open and in-company courses, workshops, and tutorials, both face-to-face and on-line. She is Belbin team roles accredited, qualified in Strength Deployment Inventory and as an on-line tutor. She is also a licensed Springboard trainer.

Strengths include creativity, flexibility, a sense of humour and an ability to meet deadlines.
